The decisions of the arbitrators shall be binding and conclusive upon all parties involved and judgement upon any award of the arbitrators may be entered by any court having competent jurisdiction. You agree that PERSPECTIV29 may at any time and without notice change the terms, conditions and notices under which this Site is offered.
